Our custom made Vacuum Forming Equipment allows up to form Materials up to .375” in a window of 40” X 47”, with a possible draw of up to 18”. COMCO has been was one of the pioneers of Vacuum Forming, a service we have been offering since the early 1960’s.

Comco’s expertise in turning plastics is virtually unparalleled. From the Dimensionally Complex, to the need for volumes with reasonable lead times, Comco will deliver the highest Quality with impressive lead times. Our Swiss Screws are some of the largest in the business, whereas we can turn up to 1.5” diameter on them. Our capabilities for Non Swiss Screw Turning is 16” in diameter.

Some parts are more complicated than others and require multiple operations. Sometimes round parts need off center work, which we can do through live tooling on multi-axis lathes, or in a combination of turning and milling operations. In other instances we will complete this type of work on our multi-axis lathes or Swiss Screw Machines.

Our White Glove Fabrication Services offers our clients the ability to off load some of their assembly process. We can assembly or fabricate multi piece components, from the simplest parts to complex assemblies.
