Butler (Butler), his wife Rhonda D. Butler, Plastic Stock Shapes, LLC (a company owned and operated by Timothy and Rhonda Butler), and APEXCO-PPSI, LLC (APEXCO), a manufacturer of plastic stock shapes and former supplier of COMCO.
